Restaurant staff includes 1 Chef from China, 3 Filipina waitress, and 5 kitchen assistants. The owner, Mrs. Zainab Chang, runs this restaurant out of her interest, carries the main idea to serve tasty food in very comfortable environment. Her son Khaled was asked to join the family business and to provide his professional experiences from his hospitality and culinary study overseas.

The Restaurant is a 2-storey building. Downstairs provides very casual and cozy atmosphere that you can enjoy music, wide selections of soft or alcoholic drinks and good food. Formosa Lounge at second floor is designed to serve families, events or parties. Special menu is available upon request. The Restaurant starts operation daily from 12:00 noon until 11;00 p.m. The menu covers varieties of appetizers, soup, poultry, beef, seafood, vegetables plus rice and noodles. Since our opening, we are very proud to receive continuous high compliments from our customers, which is the main gear to keep us growing and improving.
